Q: WHAT DOES ORGANIC MEAN WHEN IT COMES TO CLOTHES?
A: Simply put, it means that the fabric was produced without the toxic chemicals used in conventional farming methods. Cotton requires more pesticides and herbicides than any other crop, so using organic cotton makes a big difference. Organic newborn clothes are a great option for a baby’s sensitive skin, and for the water, soil, and air we all share.
Q: I’M LOOKING FOR ORGANIC TODDLER CLOTHES- WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
A: Our sizes start at newborn, and run up to 6 years. Not all styles are available in all sizes. See product descriptions for sizes available.
Q: IS ORGANIC KIDS CLOTHING MORE DELICATE THAN CONVENTIONAL KIDS CLOTHING?
A: No. The type and weight of the fabric has more to do with how sturdy it is. Organic simply means that it is cleaner, produced without all the toxic chemicals used in conventional farming.
Q: MY CHILD HAS CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES. CAN HE/SHE WEAR YOUR CLOTHES?
A: As you know, chemical sensitivities present many challenges because there is no one solution for every situation. Q: WHAT ABOUT ORGANIC CERTIFICATION?
A: Our fabric suppliers are GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standards) certified.
Q: WHAT KIND OF DYES DO YOU USE?
A: We use low impact water-soluble dyes and inks. The dye houses we work with all have to comply with strict California environmental regulation which requires them to use low impact dyes and recycle a percentage of the water used in the process. Q: WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept all major credit cards.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so you can exchange it (sale items excluded) within 14 days if you’re not happy for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Email us at info (at) maluorganic (dot) com All sale items are final and therefore ineligible for exchange.

Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: When you are on a product page, you will see photos of the product, a description of the product, a quantity field, and a size drop-down menu. Make sure you select the correct size and number of pieces you wish to purchase, then select "add to cart." The item(s) are now in your shopping cart, which can be accessed at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the upper left-hand corner of the page. You can continue shopping, or go to your cart, where you can calculate shipping costs and enter any notes you may wish to include in your order. Be sure to review your order, and if it's all correct, select "check out," then simply follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
Q: HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
A: Orders will be shipped 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
